If for any reason you should be unsatisfied with the performance of the Colossus headshell, return it to us in original condition for a full refund. Though this return policy is unconditional, we will contact you to ask why you have chosen not to keep the Colossus. We do this not to avoid the guarantee, but for two reasons: to be sure you have performed the setup correctly that would allow the Colussus to be showcased at its best and to learn about potential playback conditions that we may not be aware of that prohibit its use with your system.
